Asian Renovations. Bathroom renovations, tiling, regrouting, waterproofing and leak repairs across Melbourne.
Asian Renovations renovates, tiles, regrouts and waterproofs bathrooms and balconies across metropolitan Melbourne. We work for homeowners, builders, property managers and owners corporations.
We take the full job and the small one. That means a complete bathroom from strip out to final seal, and it also means a single cracked tile, a shower that has started leaking, or a balcony that needs its membrane renewed. A lot of our work is maintenance, which is the part most renovation companies would rather not be bothered with.
The thing we care most about is the part you cannot see. Waterproofing gets covered the moment the tiles go on, so it is the easiest place to cut a corner and the hardest place for a customer to check. We would rather take the extra day than come back in two years to do the room again.

Finding where the water actually gets in decides whether you need a repair or a rebuild. We work that out first, so you are not paying for a new bathroom you did not need.
You get the scope and the number before anyone picks up a tool. If something turns up behind the tiles, we stop and talk to you rather than adding it to the bill.
The membrane gets the cure time the product asks for, not the cure time the schedule would prefer. It is the one step you cannot inspect later, so we do not cut it short.
Private homes, rentals, apartment buildings and commercial wet areas. We are used to working around tenants, agents and building managers.
No stock photography. Every one of these is a Melbourne job we did.
